Subprocessor List
The following list provides information about subprocessors that SaaSync may engage to process Customer Personal Data on behalf of a Customer in connection with the SaaSync Platform and Services. This list does not include vendors used solely for SaaSync's own billing, accounting, scheduling, marketing, or other activities for which SaaSync determines the purposes and means of processing.
Before engaging a subprocessor, SaaSync evaluates the subprocessor's relevant privacy, security, and confidentiality practices and enters into an agreement containing applicable data-protection obligations.
SaaSync will provide notice of a new or replacement subprocessor at least ten days before engaging that subprocessor as described in the Data Processing Addendum.
